Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility:
- Participation is open to all Indian artists residing in Indonesia.
- Artwork Submission:
- Each artist must submit a minimum of one panel for display.
- All artworks must be original creations of the participating artist.
- All paintings must be framed.
- Exhibition Space:
- Each artist will be allocated at least one panel for their artwork.
- Additional panels may be provided based on availability and at the discretion of the organizers.
- Sub-letting of the panel space by vendors is strictly prohibited. Substitute vendors will not be permitted to participate.
- Setup and Display:
- Artists are responsible for the setup and display of their own artwork.
- Setup will be on Friday 9th August from 2pm – 6pm, only.
- All artworks must be ready for display by the opening time on the first day of the exhibition.
- Food & Beverage (F&B):
- Any joint F&B provisions during the exhibition will be shared among the artists.
- Artists may also bring their own refreshments, provided they comply with the venue’s regulations.
- Sales and Commissions:
- Artists are encouraged to price their artworks reasonably.
- Any sale made during the exhibition will incur a 10% commission fee payable to Indoindians.
- Payments for sold artworks will be processed through Indoindians, and the net amount (after commission) will be disbursed to the artist within 14 days after the exhibition concludes.
- Liability and Insurance:
- Indoindians will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all artworks.
- However, artists are responsible for insuring their own artworks against any damage or loss during the exhibition.
- Indoindians will not be held liable for any damage, theft, or loss of artwork.
- Promotion:
- Indoindians will promote the exhibition through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and partner networks.
- Artists are encouraged to also promote the event through their own networks.
- Additional Artist online marketing/promotion package – IDR 1,000,000/ for 4 custom posts on each Indoindians social media channels

- Artist Presence:
- Artists are expected to be present during the exhibition hours to interact with visitors and potential buyers.
- If an artist is unable to attend, they must inform the organizers in advance and make arrangements for a representative to be present.
- Compliance:
- Artists must comply with all venue regulations and guidelines set forth by Indoindians.
- Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the artist’s removal from the exhibition and future events.
